This is not a flat rate service. The service is billed by the minute. 

Need us to terminate a CAT6 cable you bring into one of our stores? 5 minutes.... (84.95/60)*5= $7.07

Need us to setup a new car stereo at your place? Maybe 35 minutes... (99.95/60)*35= $58.30
