Santa’s List – DSI Website Future Features(checked twice, in rough priority order based on impact + effort)Phase 1 – Core Customer Experience
- Online store fully integrated with current inventory database (pull real-time stock, pricing tiers, Patriot discount, etc.)
- Shared service pages with the 3-tier pricing selector + Patriot discount section we already designed
- Automated ticket follow-up system (email + text: “Hey, how are things going since the service?”) triggered after closed tickets
Phase 2 – Trust & Discovery
- Pull and display real customer reviews from Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. on the homepage (with rotating carousel or grid)
- Add one of your AI models as a helpful chatbot on the site (with clear “Talk to a real DSI person” escape hatch when available)
Phase 3 – Self-Service & Automation
- Direct domain registration via NIC API (customers can register domains themselves without needing us to do it manually)
- Social media automation (new news posts + weekly “What’s happening in IT” roundup) – possibly using n8n + AI agent
Phase 4 – Nice-to-Haves (later)
- Anything else that comes up while we build the above
